# PRIVÉ TECH

> PRIVÉ TECH builds individually modified Apple iPhones for privacy and protection of personal and business data. Each device is configured to order: microphones can be disabled in hardware, the Lightning/USB-C port can be limited to charging only (No-Data), cameras and Face ID can be removed, the SIM slot can be blocked with airplane mode on by default, and the device works without iCloud. Panic Wipe erases encryption keys after a set number of wrong passcode attempts. Every client receives 12 months of VPN as a compliment. PRIVÉ TECH is an independent workshop and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

## Key facts

- Product: custom-modified iPhone (iPhone 14–18 series and iPhone SE), made to order.
- Hardware-disabled microphones: built-in recording is excluded; voice calls work through an external headset. The loudspeaker keeps working.
- No-Data port: the connector accepts only charging current; a foreign computer cannot read data from the phone.
- Optional removal of the rear camera, the front camera and Face ID; unlocking with an alphanumeric passcode only.
- SIM slot block: airplane mode by default, internet via trusted Wi-Fi; optional portable router with VPN.
- No iCloud: sync, cloud backups and Find My are off; the Apple ID is used only for the App Store.
- Panic Wipe: encryption keys in the Secure Enclave are erased after wrong passcode attempts (3 by default, configurable from 2 to 5). Erased data cannot be recovered by anyone.
- Account registration: messengers and services are registered to a separate foreign number — a physical prepaid SIM handed to the client (recommended) or a virtual number.
- Included: 12 months of VPN with Kill Switch and Tor access; video report of every modification; personal owner card; personal manager.
- Trade-offs: the Apple factory warranty is void; PRIVÉ TECH gives a 1-year warranty on its hardware modifications. The device is a work terminal, not a multimedia smartphone.
- Legal use only: the device protects the owner's own data, contains no spy modules and is not a covert surveillance tool. Users check local laws on encryption, VPN and electronics import.
